Memory is leaking

Memory is leaking

You attend a whisky event or a pub. You taste five incredible drams. By the next morning, the details are gone. The nuances of the peat, the finish of the cask, lost in the fog.

We built palate intelligence, a tool that moves as fast as the tasting, captures what matters and maps your sensory journey over time.

A message from the founders

We're a small team of whisky enthusiasts who met many years ago in Edinburgh and after tasting many drams at festivals, events and distilleries we always struggled to remember the drams we tasted.

Phone photos of bottles lost in the camera roll, scribbled notes that made no sense the next morning, and a shared frustration that there was nothing out there that just let you capture a dram without killing the moment.

We started building Dramfly because we wanted something fast enough to log a dram mid-conversation without interrupting the moment, simple enough that you don't need to be an expert, and honest enough to let your palate be your palate.

We tested Dramfly at events across Scotland, refined it over many months of real tastings, and on 28 April 2026 we launched it, starting from the UK.

Dramfly isn't backed by a drinks company or a fund. It's a small team with a belief that your tasting notes deserve better than a Notes app.

We're building this with our early community and if you're reading this, you're part of that story 🙌
